Mayfield & Co Weddings is built on Christian character. We believe it is important for us to uphold a level of character that would foster the relationships we build; from the moment we meet to beyond. We want to make sure our actions and words are life giving to those around us. Whether that is on your wedding day or during a planning session.
There's no doubt in our minds that we will become wedding planning besties by the end of our time together. However, we also believe in keeping interactions professional and respecting the professionals in the industry. We will always interact with vendors and wedding experts professionally because we know we represent many faces— and that matters to us.
There are many moving parts of weddings. Design, budgets and logistics to name a few. You can depend on Mayfield & Co to be transparent and honest in every situation. From the beginning to the end, we will never make a decision without your consent. We are big on communication! All of our clients will have access to the budgeting software we use. As we work you have your eyes on everything!
Let's be real.. planning a wedding can be really stressful. Sometimes you need to be reminded of the joy that is in front of you and we are here for that! Maybe a planning session includes a lovely brunch, or you're feeling a walk to talk through things. We are your people! Hi there! My name is Kimberly Mayfield, and I am the owner and founder of Mayfield & Co Weddings. I have been working in the wedding industry as a wedding coordinator, and I truly love what I do. For the past 10 years, my husband and I have served in ministry together. With my love for logistics, beautiful details, and serving others, wedding planning truly feels like it's in my DNA.
I started Mayfield & Co Weddings with the intention to serve brides in the Tulsa and surrounding areas with luxury-style service while also creating a healthy and fun workspace for those working with me. Ever since I was a little girl, my dreams and ideas have always been BIG. I am always aiming for a "wow factor", and it has been so fun being in an industry that really loves that too!
As I have grown older, I also realized my love for planning and coordinating. Many of my friends can attest to the fact that I've shown up at their homes, ready to help them get organized! So you can only imagine how excited I am to have the privilege of serving you and your guests while helping create a day that will stay in your heart and mind forever. It would be an absolute joy to work together!
When I'm not planning:
I am hanging out with my two tiny besties that call me mom and spending as many days out in the sunshine that I possibly can. The great outdoors is a place of complete peace for me, and I enjoy life most in my tiny garden with my tiny people.
